She's sexy, and I reaaally like her. I don't know too much her yet but this doodle came to my mind and I enjoyed portraying her a lot.

Mhhh...For some strange reason, I like the only-in-my-mind pairing of her and Luxord. And with Marluxia.

This is a redraw of an old picture:

Hope you like it!

Since I had the amazing experience of playing Undertale, many of its characters were my instant faves. But maybe the character I loved the most is Asgore.

However, it saddens me to see how the fandom misinterprets him horribly and how many have the worst opinion about him. In my opinion, he is one of the most underrated characters of the game and the most mistreated one. What many fans can't see is that actually all the protagonists (except Papyrus) make really bad and highly questionable decisions (including Toriel); but for some reason most of the hate goes to Asgore (putting him as someone worse than Chara, who is probably the most terrible of the characters action-wise).

As far as I've perceived it, all of this sometimes have something to do with the ship wars, as for Asgore could get in the path of a possible romance between Toriel and Sans. It is like if the fans were trying to destroy any possible good trait of Asgore so no one could ever dare to thin that Toriel can be with him again (at least as his friend). Luckily, this trend seems to being reverted and those rabid Soriel fans (whose fortunately were not majority) are calming a little so Asgore, after two years of the release of the game, is getting a better perception.

Anyway, there are so many things that can be said about the game and the fandom, about Asgore ad the characters, but he is and always will be my favorite (followed closely by Papyrus, that is the purest heart in the form of a skeleton).

On a curious note, Asgore's theme is the song of the game I liked the most (also followed closely by Papyru's theme: Bonetrousle).

On june 10th we had the opportunity to watch a new trailer from the KH3 game, during the Orchestra presentation. It have caused a hype and there was an scene that I enjoyed the most, for I decided to draw it:

It is not a secret that I'm a big fan of Kingdom Hearts, and a huge fan of Xemnas (one of its main characters). That's why I was excited to see he appreade in this so-awaited trailer.

Eventhough I am excited about this last game, in my heart I really hope it will be the last one and not an excuse for more spinoffs.  This story should have ended long ago, and even if I love it and I was happy to see a new trailer, I don't get the fandom's hype.

Let's say that, just in the same way Dewey from Malcolm in the middle during his birthday, my experience with KH, after the second game, have been like this:

I'm 30+ and when KH was born on ps2, I was a college student. I had the fortune to play the original KH and then the aweosme KH2 (that didn't took too long)...but everything turned to the wrong and weird side from 2008 with 358/2 days. Things got unnecessarily complicated (trying to fix the plot holes in the first two games) but it was pretty evident that many desicions were made in the hopes to keep releasing games.

When Birth by Sleep was released and Master Xehanort appeared, I knew the 'bad guy from badland that won't ever die becuase he will travel from heart to heart' had appeared. Believe it or not, I found the game very predictable (even in the plot twists), including the ending (and yes, including the secret video).

The fandom started to overflow with very young people whose first references were 358/2 days or BBB. The fandom turned into a joke full of younglings with their particular ideas and a very bad 'callout' culture. I didn't want to take part of that fandom anymore, even if I still love the game, characters and I'm looking forward for new releases.

The game have changed so much from the first one and it have had story changes that I find quite strange (with plot twists almost ridiculous, in my opinion). From the first game to the latest, the essence have changed hugely and I'm certain this have to do with two facts:

1. Nomura is not a good writer (that's evident)
 2. Disney is involved. Disney is a entertainment monster, and if a story is exploitable, it will be done, re-done and done again in order to get more money.

Kingdom Hearts is a mix of those two factors: a story that started great but that have had weird twists (undertandable since they hope to catch the attention of new public and have the excuse for new games and patches), making it unnecessarily long and complicated.

Do you remember when the Keyblade talked and there was only a possible bearer at a time? Now even my cat can be a Keyblade Bearer (How come Lea deserved a keyblade? It never made any sense story-wise, but I understand this from the comercial point of view, since Axel is one of the most popular characters in the series and they had to fill up the "warriors of the light" group somehow).

Anyway, I hope in mild excitation the last game, feeling emotion at the appearing of my favourite characters but without much expectations about the ending of something that have been so announced (even if the game itself is evidently undeveloped) but that can also end up being a dissapointment.

Esperemos que no.
Let's hope this won't be the case.

Hoy me sentí irracionalmente triste.

+ + +

Today, I was feeling irrationally sad.
But it was useful, for when I feel down, I draw. I use to draw Xemnas, and even if he also looks sad, the drawing helped me to feel better c:

Xemnas and Saïx, a little younger (actually, teenagers), based on an AU RP of the many I have with my RP partner.

Also, I had to jump into publishing them to celebrate the 17.01.17 (what a beautiful number!).

- - - - -

Ah, I have so many things to say about this couple that is so important to me, and about this little tradition during 07/01 and 01/07 that I celebrate (mostly to myself, lately).

I'm talking, of course, of Xemnas and Saïx, characters from the videogame Kingdom Hearts.

However, I'll just upload this image that I worked on with so much love. If you're fan of this ship, my dear visitor, I hope you like this picture.

I'll talk about this other day and I'll tell you why is this my favourite LGTB ship ever (of course,  I know it is not canon in the story).

Since three years ago, I started a tradition where every Day of the Dead, I draw my muses (and my OTP), Saix and Xemnas, using skull makeup wishing the viewer a happy Day of the Dead.

Butterflies also have a special meaning to me, especially because for me and my Bubuh, they're the messengers of love, no matter the distances, the dimensions or the death itself, that's why I've chosen them as the subject of this year's drawing.

Butterflies are also believed to be messengers, not necessarily of bad luck or of the death. So I decided to draw Xemnas and Saix getting a message. From who? The answer is only yours.
